BRIEF
Create a third space catering towards Gen-Z. Take account community and culture.
Third spaces are intended to be a place to gather, rest, and foster community. For this project, I had to think — how can I make a sensory experience that is scalable globally? How can it cater towards Gen-Z?
Result
One of the biggest stresses of Gen-Z is work life. A third-space for Gen-Z would look like a playroom for adults.
It is intended to unlock your inner child, giving you freedom to find yourself outside of societal pressures and adult responsibility. Using office motifs, it is a surrealist, childhood, nostalgic twist on your corporate office life, where you can reclaim your freedom of play.

Introducing
The breakroom

You can take an ID card at the entrance…
And start your journey at the front desk!
Take a break at the office lounge…
Or take a snack from the bar!
And ride the manual rollercoaster (not scary at all)
Release stress by hitting the gigantic Tabby piñata…
Then take your ID picture, or a photo with friends at the photobooth!
Last but not least, have fun in the ball pit!

Floor
Plan
I built this shape using only circles for a playful feel, and used it to separate and define each section. I wanted a layout that can guide the customer through the experience, so each section follows the natural curve of the shape.
